Father
Anthony Swamy and I enjoyed cooking together for some dear friends in
the Rectory tonight. I made chicken saltimbocca and asparagus, with
caprese salad to begin with, and cannelloni with strawberry and
blackberry topping for dessert along with some espresso. Yummy, if I
must say so myself. Father Swamy promises me an authentic south Indian
dinner some night, but he has to get the recipes from his sister first.
